If your up for shoe and handbag shopping. Stay here. Oh and the staff are friendly and helpful, It's clean and so easy to get anything you need from the Concierge. Room service is a challenge, however they really try to make it easy. My take. learn to read Spanish to help them as much as they help you. Do stay here. affordable and lovely.
Location is perfect if you are visiting Zona Piel. Tons of shops!! The hotel staff is very nice. Rooms are spacious. Bathroom a little bit tight but overall great rooms.
This hotel is in a very centric locstion. You can easily walk to every point of interest in Leon. The rooms are huge, love the rooms. The pool is somewhat small. Great service.
This place is great! Loved the beds, loved the space and how clean it was. Everything was very comfortable and the price was good! Will definitely stay there again. Breakfast buffet was also great!
If you are shopping for leather goods in Léon highly recommend this hotel, walking distance to some of the best stores, nice pool, great buffet breakfast and some Mexicano charm
Overall experience was nice! Kind staff and clean rooms. Hotel is well located. The key rooms did fail several times and had to be coded again. They were constructing something and therefore was a little bit noisy during the day and I wasn't able to take a nap :(
